• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Editora does not store payment details.

• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Editora retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, algorithms, design, and branding.

• User Content: You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Editora a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
